CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ
Cancellation 5 or more days before appointment = no charge
Cancellation 3 or less days before appointment = Half price of treatment to be paid
Cancellation the day before appointment = Full price of treatment to be paid
If someone has arranged an appointment on your behalf, cancellation of your appointment remains YOUR responsibility. An appointment is not deemed cancelled until confirmed by myself (i.e. if I have not received/replied to a message PLEASE CALL to confirm cancellation). I fully appreciate that somethings are out of our control and are unavoidable, cancellation charges in these situations will be at my discretion if the appointment is rebooked.
